Nancy Wilson and Maisie Richardson
Nancy Wilson (jazz singer) was born to Olden Wilson, an ironworker from Chillicothe on February 20, 1937. The mother of her child, Lillian Ryan worked as a household servant. Nancy was the youngest out of six kids. Nancy loved listening to records from her father as well as his love for music. As young as four year old, she realized she would be a singer. She developed her talent through her participation in the church choir. In her early teens when she was 15, she got a spot on a talent show on TV and started appearing regularly in The Skyline Melodies Tv Show while still in High School. When she was fifteen, she began her career in night clubs. After graduating from high school aged 17 Nancy took a class for a term at Ohio's Central State College now Central State University before going on to become a professional musician. In 1956, she made her first album as part of Rusty's Carolyn Club Big Band with whom she toured from 1956 between 1956 and 1958. In the band, Nancy recorded her first album with Dot Records. Cannonball addederley suggested she move into New York for her career after which she made the move in The Big Town. The agent of Adderley heard about her at The Blue Morocco Night Club, Boston Road, The Bronx and she signed. Within one month after arriving in New York City. It was a contract by Capitol Records in 1960. In 1960, she released her first single. Guess whom I saw in the present. Capitol issued five Nancy Wilson records in just two years. Adderley helped her move away from R&B to jazz and torch song. Nancy Wilson's collaboration in 1962 with Cannonball Adderley propelled her to the top and, the year 1963 saw her scoring her debut hit Tell Me the Truth. She was offered a job in New York's Coconut Grove nightclub, America's most prestigious club.
Maisie Richardson Sellers is an actress who works in both television and film. Her most well-known role is the the lead character of Chloe Winthrop in Netflix film The Kissing Booth. She played Michal who was the daughter of King Saul in ABC's Biblical series Of Kings and Prophets. In addition she's appeared in numerous popular TV shows, including The Originals, Legends of Tomorrow, Group Chat with Annie & Jayden among others. Maisie Richardson Sellers was born in England on March 2, 1992. Her mother's name is Joy Richardson. She studied in private schools as well as graduated from Oxford University. She has a degree in Archaeology & Anthropology. Maisie began her professional career as an actress with the short film titled Our First World in the year 2012. She appeared in a short film Americano and Rum as Ellie in the year 2013. The actress appeared in a cameo role in the film as Korr Sella as Korr Sella, Short Wars: Forces Awakening in the year 2015. She acted as Chloe Winthrop in Netflix's original film The Kissing Booth Season 2 & 3.
