Suzanne Pleshette worked as an actress and voice artist in the U.S. Over the course of nearly 5 years of her career, she earned over 100 credits. A native of New York, Pleshette began her stage career before making her gradual move to screen. Her most acclaimed films include "Rome Adventure," "The Birds', 'Fate is the Hunter', If It's Tuesday This Must Be Belgium as well as Support Your Local Gunfighter. Films and TV appearances were also varied. She won four Emmy Awards, and received two Golden Globe Awards. Pleshette was considered to win the Laurel Award twice and won the award in 1963 when she appeared in the film 'The Birds. The death of Pleshette in 2008 resulted in a posthumous award of a Star along the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
